Everything we actually do.
A real list, not a keyword dump. If it isn't here, ask — there's a good chance we handle it or we know who does.

Kitchen Remodeling
From a cabinet-and-counter refresh to a full tear-out.
Most kitchens don't need to be gutted. If the boxes are sound and the layout works, refinishing or replacing doors, swapping the tops, and updating the sink and floor gets you most of the way for a fraction of a full remodel. When the layout is the problem — or the cabinets are falling apart — we take it back to bare wall and rebuild.
- Cabinet removal and haul-away
- Base and wall cabinet installation
- Laminate, butcher block, and quartz tops
- Tile and full-height slab backsplash
- Sink, faucet, and disposal
- Dedicated and GFCI circuits
- Under-cabinet and recessed lighting
- Appliance hookups and venting
- LVP, tile, and sheet flooring
- Drywall repair, priming, and paint
Bathroom Remodeling
Gut-and-rebuild, or a targeted update where it counts.
Bathrooms are small rooms with every trade in them, so sequence matters more than square footage. We demo, get the rough plumbing and wiring inspected where required, waterproof properly behind the tile, and then finish. Cutting corners behind a tile wall is how a bathroom fails in five years instead of lasting twenty.
- Full demo to the studs
- Tub and shower pan replacement
- Cement board and waterproofing membrane
- Tile surround and floor tile
- Vanity, top, and mirror
- Toilet and supply lines
- Exhaust fan vented to the outside
- Supply, drain, waste, and vent work
- Framed and frameless glass doors
- GFCI outlets and vanity lighting
Basements & Interior Renovation
Unfinished, half-finished, or gutted — built out to living space.
A basement finish is a framing, moisture, and lighting job before it's a finish job. We check for water intrusion first, insulate and frame off the block, run the electrical, and then decide between a drop ceiling and drywall based on what's overhead — because you will need to get back at those pipes eventually.
- Moisture and drainage assessment
- Framing, insulation, and drywall
- Drop ceiling grid or drywall ceiling
- Recessed and fixture lighting
- Steel column wraps and soffits
- Crown, base, casing, and interior doors
- Luxury vinyl plank and carpet
- Egress window considerations
- Mini-split and supplemental heat
- Full-floor gut and rebuild
Roofing
Repairs, full replacements, and storm work — shingle and flat.
Most roof leaks aren't the field of the roof — they're flashing, valleys, and penetrations. We'll tell you honestly whether you're looking at a repair or a replacement. When it is a replacement, we tear off to the deck so we can see and replace bad plywood instead of laying new shingles over a soft roof.
- Full tear-off and re-roof
- Architectural asphalt shingles
- EPDM, TPO, and modified flat roofing
- Ice and water shield at eaves and valleys
- Step, counter, and chimney flashing
- Ridge vent and intake ventilation
- Plywood decking replacement
- Pipe boots and skylight curbs
- Storm and wind damage repair
- Photo documentation for insurance claims
Siding, Fascia & Gutters
The outside envelope — siding, trim, and water management.
Rot at the fascia and soffit is almost always a gutter problem that went unaddressed. We cut back to solid wood, rebuild the framing, wrap it, and then fix the drainage that caused it — otherwise you're paying to replace the same eight feet of trim again in three years.
- Vinyl and fiber cement siding
- Soffit and fascia replacement and wrap
- Rotted wood and framing repair
- Seamless aluminum gutter and downspouts
- Gutter guards and drainage extensions
- Corner boards, trim, and shutters
- Exterior painting and caulking
- Deck repair and rebuilds
- House wrap and flashing details
- Pressure washing before finish work
Windows & Doors
Insert and full-frame replacement, entry doors, and patio sliders.
An insert window drops into your existing frame and is the faster, cheaper option when the frame is sound. Full-frame replacement takes the whole assembly out and is the right call when there's rot or the original install was never flashed correctly. We check before we quote, because the difference in price is real.
- Insert and full-frame window replacement
- Vinyl double-hung, casement, and sliders
- Entry doors and sidelights
- Sliding and swinging patio doors
- Storm doors and screens
- Glass block basement windows
- Interior and exterior casing
- Flashing tape and low-expansion foam sealing
- Sill pans and drip cap
- Hardware, locks, and weatherstripping
Plumbing
Repairs, replacements, and the rough-in behind a remodel.
Most of our plumbing work is tied to remodels — moving a sink, running supply and drain for a new bathroom, setting fixtures. We also handle the standalone calls: a leaking supply line, a failed water heater, a shut-off valve that hasn't turned in twenty years.
- Sink, tub, shower, and toilet installs
- PEX and copper supply lines
- Drain, waste, and vent work
- Water heater replacement
- Shut-off and mixing valves
- Leak location and repair
- Remodel rough-in and set-out
- Outdoor spigots and hose bibs
- Garbage disposals
- Fixture and faucet upgrades
Electrical
Circuits, fixtures, and getting existing work up to code.
Older Jersey homes tend to have two electrical problems: not enough circuits and not enough grounded outlets. Both come up during remodels. We add what the room actually needs rather than tapping an already-loaded circuit and hoping the breaker holds.
- Dedicated circuits and subpanels
- Panel and service upgrades
- GFCI and AFCI protection
- Recessed lighting and fixture installs
- Switches, dimmers, and outlets
- Ceiling fans and bath exhaust fans
- Exterior, soffit, and security lighting
- Remodel rough-in and device trim
- Code corrections for inspection
- Smoke and CO detector placement
Concrete & Site Work
Flatwork: driveways, aprons, pads, walks, and steps.
Concrete is unforgiving because you get one shot at it. The work that determines whether a slab lasts happens before the truck shows up — base prep, forming, reinforcement, and getting the pitch right so water runs away from the house instead of toward it.
- Driveways, aprons, and carport pads
- Walkways, patios, and landings
- Steps and stoops
- Base prep, compaction, and grading
- Forming and rebar or mesh reinforcement
- Broom, float, and smooth finishes
- Saw-cut and tooled control joints
- Demolition and haul-away of old slab
- Pitch and drainage correction
- Curbing and transition to existing pavement
Cleanouts & Debris Removal
Estate, foreclosure, garage, and post-renovation cleanouts.
Sometimes the job before the job is emptying the place. We clear estates, foreclosures, and tenant turnovers, haul out what nobody wants, and leave the space broom-clean and ready for whatever comes next — a renovation, a listing, or a new tenant. It also means the demo debris from our own work never sits in your driveway for three weeks.
- Estate and inherited property cleanouts
- Foreclosure and eviction turnovers
- Garage, attic, and basement clear-outs
- Furniture and appliance removal
- Construction and demo debris haul-away
- Yard and storm debris
- Shed and garage teardowns
- Dumpster placement and swap-outs
- Donation and recycling routing where possible
- Broom-clean finish and final sweep
Commercial Work
Build-outs, renovations, and facility repair for occupied spaces.
Commercial jobs live and die on scheduling. Offices, storefronts, and medical suites usually can't shut down for a renovation, so we phase the work, keep exits and paths clear, and do the loud and dusty parts outside business hours where it makes sense.
- Office and storefront build-outs
- Corridor, lobby, and restroom renovations
- Drop ceiling grid, tile, and lighting
- Commercial flooring — VCT, LVT, and carpet tile
- Demising walls and partitions
- Doors, frames, and hardware
- Painting and wall protection
- Roof and exterior maintenance
- Tenant fit-out and punch list closeout
- Nights, weekends, and phased scheduling
