Three things that speed up your quote
Take pictures
Wide shot of the whole room or elevation, then close-ups of the problem. Photos of a ceiling stain or a soft spot in the fascia tell us more than a paragraph does.
Know roughly what you want
You don't need a design. "Replace the tub with a tiled shower" or "same layout, new cabinets" is plenty to price against.
Say your real budget range
Not to spend it — to aim at it. A $9k bathroom and a $30k bathroom are different jobs, and knowing which one you want saves us both a round trip.
