Privacy policy
Short version: we use your contact information to quote and complete your job. That's it.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form or email us, we receive the information you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, town, property type, the service you're asking about, and whatever you write in the project details. If you call, we keep a note of your contact details and what you need done.
If you become a customer, we also hold the job-related records you'd expect a contractor to keep — the address, the contract and estimate, change orders, photos of the work, and payment records.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and schedule a walkthrough
- To prepare and send your estimate
- To perform, permit, inspect, and warranty the work
- To keep the records New Jersey requires contractors to keep
We don't sell your information, rent it, or hand it to marketing companies. We don't add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to get your job done: our crew, and where a job calls for it, a subcontractor, supplier, permit office, or inspector. Form submissions are delivered through our website host's form service, which processes them on our behalf. If we're legally required to produce records, we comply.
Job photos
We photograph our work, and some of those photos end up in the gallery on this site. We don't publish addresses, and we don't publish photos of the inside of an occupied home without asking first. If your project is on this site and you'd rather it wasn't, email us and we'll take it down.
This website
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request your browser makes for those files. Beyond that, the site doesn't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Keeping it
Quote requests that don't turn into jobs get cleared out periodically. Records tied to completed work are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax, and legal purposes.
