Basement Finish
Cluttered, half-finished basement cleared out and built into real living space — new ceiling grid, recessed lighting, finished walls, and painted block.
Interior Gut & Rebuild
Taken back to the framing and subfloor. Wiring rerun, posts wrapped and cased, then crown, base, mini-split, and luxury vinyl plank throughout.
Commercial Corridor
Dark wood paneling and worn tile in an office hallway stripped out and rebuilt — new wall finish, paint, ceiling tile, lighting, and flooring.
Kitchens & Bathrooms
The two rooms that carry the most value and the most trades. Everything below was done with the homeowner still living in the house.
Kitchen Refresh
Failing cabinets and a worn countertop replaced with new cabinetry, fresh tops, a deep stainless sink, and new plank flooring — no full gut needed.
Apartment Kitchen
Tile counters and tired builder cabinets pulled out. New shaker cabinets, butcher block tops, a full-height slab backsplash, and a new pull-down faucet.
Bathroom Gut & Rebuild
Original mint-green fixtures and sheet flooring torn out. New tub, marble-look tile surround, glass doors, vanity, and waterproof plank floor.

Fascia, Soffit & Gutter
Rotted fascia and torn-away soffit over the front entry cut back to solid wood, rebuilt, wrapped, and finished with new seamless gutter.
Outdoor Fireplace Restoration
Soot-stained stucco and a failing firebox rebuilt with new firebrick, a new hearth apron, and a fully refinished surround and chimney.
Concrete Driveway & Carport Pad
Formed, reinforced, poured, and finished a new driveway apron and carport slab — pitched for drainage and back in service the next day.
